Curious support

for 2 weeks trying to solve the problem, in the end, only now people have realized that I have of ios, even sent pictures and wrote about it. second say about the update 3.4, and in store only 3.3. Im surprised.

All devices from Apple

Very good!!!

Excellent

I will give 5 Stars for your excellent news which always updated thanks to Flipboard and Apple Store.

Excellent

I was really surprised to have an app like this, complete informations and news to the whole world.. Thanks Flipboard....I hope you maintain all fresh news around the world... viva Flipboard...

Too many ads!!

This app has gone downhill. Way too many ads to navigate, and the ridiculous "youve won a prize" ad is impossible to bypass and pops up regularly. Ive had to delete and reload this app too many times. Almost ready to give up.

Waste of time

Ugly interface. Useless app. Just waste of time. Get back ZITE App!

Great replacement for the "improved" Apple News app!!

When Apple first introduced News I was a huge fan. It allowed me to customize the feed so that The ONLY things I saw were items that related to my specified interest. The new version doesnt allow this. Although you can still select your interest, those news items now get buried in content I dont want like "Breaking News" and "Top Stories". For that reason I removed the app from my mobile devices. Flipboard allows the same type of customization that the original Apple News app offered, and the magazine interface is really cool. Highly recommended!

Very Disappointing

Nice app except for one problem. It crashes every time I use it for more than a few minutes. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling app. No difference.

Great if you like ads!

Impossible to get thru an entire article.....so many ads....some pages are so convoluted w ads its difficult to find the next page...literally buried in a sea of ads...great app if you enjoy reading the first page of an article and then giving up trying to find pg 2.....oh, and the "congrats youve won a prize" ad is especially enjoyable bcz the only way around it is to close the app....!....

More issues & more ads

With every update I notice more ads and more issues. If the app does not freeze and become useless I am getting stuck in a instant winner pop-up ad. App was once my favorite. Now I am thinking we should go our separate ways and I have to say... its you that has changed, not me.

Very bias

If youre a Democrat And or lean left you will think this app is the greatest. Rarely do they demonstrate equal print for Republicans. So tired of the political bias deleting the app.

Starting to dislike

Since iOS 10, the apps will randomly stop responding to touch of the "magazines" and requires to be shut down and reopened on the iPhone 7 plus. FIX THIS PLEASE!

Contains spam that freezes my phone...

unless I claim (from a pop up) a $1000 "gift" from a website. Some ads fill the WHOLE page so that the only option is to tap on the ad. I have to restart my phone to avoid them. NO SUPPORT- just a place to look for solutions. Would be amazing if support would tackle this problem. I visit only reputable sites I recognize. Helps a bit, but not always.

Too many ads

Embedded Pop up ads disrupt content continuity. There are better news apps out there without hard to get rid of pop ups.

Flopboard is a flipping one trick pony.

I have really tried to like this app. The flipping page may seem neat at first but it soon becomes annoying and cumbersome. It is not good at locating the news I want to see; it does not "learn" despite my input. Flipboard is just not as accurate at finding my content as other news readers. Of course there was the other app, beautifully efficient and accurate, that gave up its life for this mess. That app set the bar high. Those of us that used it know what is possible and what truly is (was) the better app. I am still scratching my head as to why a decision was made to acquire the Zite app, end it, and go with this app. Also I have to point out....another "update" with little to no change except for another flood of new questionable 5-star reviews. Is it possible to game the review system here????

Issues with app crashing

Not sure what happened lately but this app crashes sometime during every time I use it which causes me to lose my place where I was reading. Ive had the same experience before and after the latest update.

New version slow, sometimes unresponsive

The new version sometimes will not respond to touches, generally feels clunky. Definitely a step in the wrong direction.

News at the cost of intrusive add practices

Last update- I can not recommend this app! The adds have become so ridiculous, in some cases impossible to close and over the top annoying. And to make matters worse Im pretty sure there is no way to block specific sources. Ive had this app for about 2 years and it has rocketed to hell in a hand basket over the past year. UNACCEPTABLE!!!! This used to be a most awesome app. But as of late- There WAY too many aggressive advertisements and "stories" that require you to keep changing pages to continue reading- not because the story is long but after a paragraph-click-long load time with adds and pop ups By aggressive I mean that there are pop ups and now there are advertisements that cant be closed. You have to double tap home>close the app>go into settings>go to safari and clear history and website data. THIS IS WAY TOO ANNOYING AND HAPPENING WAY TOO FREQUENTLY.

More crashes

Thereve been a lot more crashes than previous versions, trying to read an article or two and the app just crashes, leaving me to find the article all over again. Have deleted and re-installed the app, crashing continues. 2 stars until crashes are resolved and app becomes a lot more stable and reliable as it has been in the past. Also adding that under the following section, it no longer registers touch, you have to switch to home section and back to following to regain touch functionality.

Bad News guys...

They bought Zite and ruined it. Had to navigate, confusing sharing options and ad integration make for a horrible experience. Thank goodness for Apple News.
